Women on the Menu Again, to be Chewed Over

Is Your Church Complementarian?
Although Southern Baptists are the largest group accepting the Danvers Statement, they are by no means the only group that teaches male headship. Far too many other evangelical denominations followed the lead of the SBC and adopted the teachings of complementarianism. Continue reading →

Most Non-denominational Churches are Complementarian
And, you ask, what is wrong with that? It defies Jesus. It limits God the Creator of the universe to what man has decided God has done, and has translated that into theology. That is what is wrong with it. Continue reading →

Let Freedom Ring. Part 4
You cannot believe or teach priesthood of the believer when you give a husband spiritual leadership, or headship, over his wife. Priesthood of the believer is not talked about in Baptist churches anymore. Now you know why. Continue reading →

Let Freedom Ring Part 2
This is where women lost their birthright in the Southern Baptist Convention, which has influenced non-denominational churches, Christian Nationalists, and has kept any real progress for women’s equality squashed down, rolled over, dejected, and denied. Continue reading →
